What is a natural way to relieve frequent migraines?
I get migraines often and I am allergic to most pain medication. Is there any herbs (besides White Willow Bark) or any massage techniques, relaxation ideas, etc. that can relieve the pain? I really appreciate the help.

Apple cider vinegar (diluted with plenty of water) every day is supposed to help.
Lots and lots of water. It may not sound like much, but I’ve found if I guzzle down water right when I think I might be getting a migraine, it’s stopped them from happening. Not always, but sometimes.
I sleep it off. which isn’t easy…
migraines shut down the GI tract and so meds don’t help anyway. the longer I try to fight the nausea, the longer my pain lasts. once I (for lack of better words) throw-up, I no long have to worry with that feeling so I then can concentrate on getting really still with a wet washcloth over my eyes and finally fall asleep. That is just the only thing I found to work.
Not much help, I know, but I have to remind myself every time to not fight the nausea.
