First off, everybody’s migraines are different, from different sources, with different symptoms and different treatments or cures. Check this out… http://www.webmd.com/migraines-headaches/guide/triggers-specific-foods

Then try and figure out in your own life what the triggers are for your migraines. They can be just food, allergies, hormones, weather fronts, sensitivity to chemicals and the list goes on. You can eat to aid in preventing or treating migraines. Look it up, find what fits you. Another good site that explains migraines better is this : http://www.migraines.org/

Good luck! Your biggest help will be from self education!

It means your body is sensitive to certain chemicals in the food(s) in question and should avoid them at all costs.

Good Luck!

I agree that you have to be having some reaction to something and I could see it if it was the preservatives but they are in so many other foods that it becomes a question as to why those foods. The other part is that migraines still come from the muscles in your neck and back, that when they get tight you are going to get yourself a migraine. Sometimes it’s easier to fight the migraine when it isn’t at work by going after the muscles that cause them. Go in and start releasing and do it a few times a day for several days, it makes the muscles release everything inside and makes them remember where it is that you want them. Here are the ways to release those muscles:
For your neck:
place your hand alongside your head and push your thumb in under your ear and place it on the muscle there. Take your fingers and place them on the back of your neck on the muscles there. Press them together and hold a good amount of pressure on them. Then relax, take a deep breath an happening, the muscle going limp under the pressure. Continue to hold until the entire muscle has gone limp.
Back:
Place your left hand on your left knee. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and with your fingertips find the muscle next to your spine. Press on it and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After about 30 seconds there should be a release happening and when it does slowly lower yourself forward onto your right leg. If you can lean over the outside edge of your leg it will be better for your release. Continue holding for a total of one minute. Then release but rest your body there for one minute longer. Then reverse and do the right side.
If you get one that needs help right now you can usually short them out before they get to the brain by pressing in on the temples.
Once released the products that have given you trouble in the past might not bother you any more either.
