i am an ouranophobic, and ive been one for about 4 years or something. i am tired of not being able to sleep at night being scared of this. i am interested in energy psychology, but i am only 13, and if i tell my mom about my phobia shell just be like "phobia? you dont have a phobia. trust me." except i know i have a phobia. i am sure that i would know. is there a way to get free energy psychology treatments online?

    Recently, I have begun to experience anxiety attacks that take place while I’m sleeping. I am not having them during waking hours, and they don’t seem to be inspired by nightmares. I just wake up with my heart racing, my chest tight, feelings of anxiety that force me to fully wake, etc. I have to stay awake for about an hour to feel better before I can go back to sleep. Why is this happening, and what can I do about it?

      I’ve been keeping a log of my migraines and I don’t seem to have any direct trigger. I’m curious to know if something unconscious like a bruxism might be causing my migraines. How can I tell if I do? Quality of sleep?
