severe anxiety

2

I have been diagnosed with social phobia and unfortunately had to quit treatment. That was several years ago and now I feel as if I get anxious over more and more things. I don’t go anywhere alone anymore, I don’t drive, I have no friends, etc…I am so depressed. I have an appointment that recently got pushed back to December….Is it normal or common to have panic attacks or severe anxiety in more situations if your anxiety is untreated?

I have severe anxiety, depression, phobias, and mood-swings,and I am sometimes suicidal. I have no health insurance or job due to my anxieties. I am sick of suffering through life and want to get help, does anyone have info on where I can get some free or cheap treatment from a Psychiatrist?

I have some severe anxiety attacks when I procrastinate on getting things done, but if I get things done too early, then I still get anxiety attacks as if I still need to do something. I’m quite panicked and it’s getting to the point where I don’t want to be around too many people. I am at my wits end, and I’ve isolated myself away from people. Also, my anxiety causes me to overeat and I am about 70 lbs. overweight and don’t have a grip on anything. I especially get anxious the day before I have to go to work. I work in healthcare and am especially anxious the day before. It is affecting my life. Does someone have some fool-proof advice? I’d prefer not to take meds (I’m already on some meds), but maybe a clue as to a different way of thinking might help me emensely. Thank you…

I had a severe anxiety/panic attack today. The panic attack lasted about eight hours but was only extremely bad for about 1 hour. Ever since then, I haven’t felt like myself and I still feel nauseous when I even think about eating food. I am also having a very hard time falling asleep. Is it normal for panic attack symptoms to last this long? What is the reason for these problems?
