Am I having anxiety attacks and what causes it?

Past couple days id be fine and then all of a sudden my heart would start racing, i would feel like i have a shortness of breath, thoughts of having heart attacks or dieing come to my head, SOMETIMES heart beats one time funny like where its real noticeable, and sometimes get mild chest pains.
i been prescribed to prozac for like 2 years now and i just quit taking it like 2 months ago w/o askin doctor.. i told my doctor this and he said that that wat is causing these attacks.. anxiety attacks.. i started taking my medicine again but the doc says it will take a few weeks before my body gets use to it and the attacks to stop.
is this wat is wrong or is it something else, and quittin takin prozac causes this and will it stop since i started bak? thanks.
im 19 yrs old, btw.

I have recently started having anxiety attacks. They are occuring every couple of days. I have been taking Prozac for about 6 months, for depression. Could being on it long term be causing my anxiety?

I know it is supposed to take several weeks to help depression but is it the same with anxiety? I feel that social anxiety is a bigger problem for me than the depression itself.

I’ve been taking 10mg Prozac for 2 weeks and just 3 days ago my doc took me up to 20mg.

Im 18 and i have ADD and very bad anxiety. I have these horrible anxiety attacks that seem to come more and more often now. I take 30 mg of prozac and it doesnt seem to help. My pyschiatrist just keeps on upping the dosage but it still doesnt work. can anyone tell me what i should ask him to prescribe me or what i should do. i dont think he gets how bad these attacks are effecting me. What should i ask him to do or to take?

I have taken a number of anti depressants (zoloft, wellbeautrin, prozac, trazdon, and now serequal)
