I notice that whenever I get migraines it usually is in the late morning like 3-4 am and throbbing pain. After I take some otc pain meds and I get up I usually start to feel better after an hour or so. I usually notice signs of new migraines appearing late in the evening, too, like before I go to bed. But could laying down make the migraines worse because of the circulation or blood flow?

I get chronic migraines and I don’t have insurance to see a doctor. If gone through many over the counter pain meds and I usually develop a tolerance to them after a little while. Are there any other, perhaps natural, treatments?
