I suffer very bad mood swings and anxiety attacks since the birth of my 4th child in December of 2004 and I have tried so many different medicines and non seem to work. I just need to get my mind back to normal and I really need sum advice

I have severe anxiety, depression,phobias,and mood-swings,and I am sometimes suicidal. I have no health insurance or job due to my anxieties. I am sick of suffering through life and want to get help, does anyone have info on where I can get some free or cheap treatment from a Psychiatrist?
