I have had epilepsy my whole life. . .i get migraines at work and have had them for quite sometime now. . .i would like to no the safest most eficeint way to keep these migraines away. I already take medication for my seizures. . .i would like to not have to deal with anymore of that. THe doctors cannot seem to figure out why I have migraines. Any advice as to what i could do would most appreciated. . .
I have health insurance but it doesn’t cover a whole lot. . .i also don’t have enough money to make a difference in my lifestyle and i live alone and pay my own bills. This has been an issue for at least 5 years. help please.

I have severe anxiety, depression,phobias,and mood-swings,and I am sometimes suicidal. I have no health insurance or job due to my anxieties. I am sick of suffering through life and want to get help, does anyone have info on where I can get some free or cheap treatment from a Psychiatrist?

I have been living with anxiety my whole life it seems. Over the last couple years it has caused me to have muscle tension/pain in my shoulders and now my neck as well. Since April I have headaches/migraines. I stopped working and some days I have to stay on my couch the whole day because of how the pain has gotten. I am getting health insurance next month but I just wanted to know if anyone has had this extreme physical pain from anxiety or is it possibly something else?

I’ve displayed several symptoms of social anxiety/phobia, but I don’t have any health insurance so I can’t seek professional help. I live in California – is there a program of some sort that can help me with this, that doesn’t require insurance?
