I have read excellent reviews about panic away, it seems you can manage it naturally than takin medications.Drugs can intoxicate our body although it can relieve the panic symptoms. But taking it for a long time, ruin your body.Just my 2 cents :)

i do! they cant hurt you.. well you can pass out from them and stuff. it feels like youre going to die.. but thats actually a symptom. just take your mind off of them and you wont even realize youre having one. until you think about it but when you do just realize that you were fine a minute ago. andyou should be ok =] or just rate them on a scale. thats been found to help.. just take normal breaths even if they feel short or big. and yeah. if you have any questions just email me..

If you want, but you’ll probably still have too much adrenaline, arrythmia and palpitations, high blood pressure as well. I would take Propranolol.

you can, if you have the right coping skills. if you cant get the hang of it there can be some dangerous things that happen like passing out as one.
just go somewhere calm, take deep breaths, listen to calming music or get busy doing something to take your mind off your panic, like laundry, watching a funny movie, calling someone youre close with or comfortable talking with, try to rest and get some sleep, there are many choices, even just counting to ten and telling your self that you need to relax and that youre fine and to get a hold of yourself. thats the stuff i always do, but im also on anti anxiety medicine, if you dont want to be on medicine, id suggest therepy, its the only way to over come anxiety.

It is good to deal with them naturally. Using calming techniques and other things a mental health practitioner can teach you. I suffer Generalised Anxiety Disorder (so I’ve suffered quite afew attacks). I suffer anxiety every day of my life. I find that sometimes I need to have a benzodiazepine (like valium) to ward off an attack. I can sort of tell when one is coming. But I do try to calm myself and control my thoughts beforehand.

If you suffer them a lot, you should talk to your doctor.
