My migraines are triggered by cold weather, what can I do about it?
I recently discovered that my migraines are triggered by cold weather. I discovered this due to me only getting migraines on cold days and on the winter months.
Could wearing a hat during the cold days help prevent these migraines from triggering.
If there are any more days like this then I’m going to have trouble keeping up to date with school work. Please help me out!
My migraines began to occur when I was eleven years old. I am now 14 years old.
They are intensely painful and usually last for at least 8-24 hours. Can be below that on a good day =)

My daughter is exactly the same, wearing a hat may or may not help but try anything ! when its snowing my daughter usually wears sunglasses as that can trigger off bad headaches which lead to migraine.
I do sympathise xx
