If you get anxiety attacks, could use please answer these questions for me?
Hi, i am writing an essay on people with anxiety disorders and I was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me?
1. Do you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert?
2. If you get panic attacks, was there any traumatic event that
preceded your first one—such as death or illness of a loved one?
3.. How old were you when you had your first panic attack?
4. Were your parents nurturing? (Lots of hugs, affectionate, full of praise?)
Thanks a lot!

1. Introverted (but not excessively so)
2. Not really, rather lamely it was exam anxiety that brought it on
3. 17
4. Yes, I couldn’t fault them
2.I enjoy being alone but in social situations I am friendly, kind and quick to say hello.
2.I saw my dad die in the hospital. I was fine until after I had taken care of everything, the funeral, the music, the service, his finances, after everything was resolved I started to have panic attacks.
3. 39
4. no my parents were not nurturing
1) i love to be alone and independant, but im social also when it comes to being around friends.
2) Finding out that my girlfriend cheated on me, and i had so much trust in her it was unbelieavable.
3) 17
4) when i was younger they were, but as i grew up they lacked that attention.
a little of both
I’m not afraid to speak out or be myself, but at the same time, I like to sit away from people and be alone a lot more than most people
not really traumatic
15 (a lot younger than most)
I got lots of hugs, kisses, "I love you"s, and "Your wonderful"s, but I always felt pressured and that I wasn’t ever good enough to please them
