How long can anxiety attacks last? As anxiety sufferer I know you can have series or run prolonged one.

I could not find any definite time references. They seem (from experience) to last from one or two minutes up to an hour or so. Probably, the duration would vary widely from one person to another. There is more good information in the referenced link.
Depends on the situation, and depends on how long you let the mind think about it.
I have had them last for hours without a medication to help. It all depends on the situation.
I’ve had a few that lasted a good part of the day
It depends on what they are caused by and how long you keep letting the fear and anxiety control you. You can help them if you can think about something to calm yourself down. It worked for me.
