How does one get over panic attack symptoms?

2

lately I have a weird feeling I’m swaying when I’m just sitting. Then today I woke up with chest pains, shortness of breath (pretty sure not heart attack) and feeling generally weird… I had stomach issues and took tums and went to the bathroom but I want to feel good… It sucks because I feel like I just had a big fight with my boyfriend.. its kind of that same feeling and the chest annoyance keeps coming back.

Watercup, first of all there are thousands of people every day suffering from panic attacks. It’s tough to deal with, but there’s definitely things you can do to alleviate your symptoms.

In order to know how to prevent panic attacks, we first have to know some of the causes. Much of it is psychological, so what we think affects how much stress and anxiety exists in our personal world-view.

Preventing a panic attack can sometimes be as simple as focusing our minds on things that are more relaxing and soothing than what we are currently experiencing.

Deep breathing techniques can be very helpful in combating panic attacks. But one of the most important things is to be able to realize the onset of an attack.

If you want to learn how to prevent panic attacks you must be able to diagnose what situations tend to bring them on, and it will enable you to avoid those situations and keep them out of your life.

Again, the types of thoughts you’re having may very well be the root of the problem, and the starting point of most of the attacks-so consider that as a source. By learning to change your thoughts whenever they begin to stray into stressful areas, you can exercise some control over your panic attacks.

It’s always best to learn to master these breathing and thought changing techniques before reverting to medications. While medications work for many people, they always come with side effects and are hard on your body.

The best way to attack this problem is to learn to keep your stress level down and prevent panic attacks at their first onset.

There are really affordable therapy techniques out there, and new ways is to break panic attack cycles before they happen every time. That means your body can stop feeling the stress that happens before your panic attacks. Take a look at my source for more on this helpful therapy.

Hope this helps!

hold your head down to or as close as you can to your knees and take slow breaths short and slow and you will start to feel better
