Actually, anxiety can be its own issue. It isn’t the majority of diagnosed (mild) emotional issues that many people run into, but it does deserve its own diagnosis and treatment (emotional anxiety is as real an issue as depression, and luckily just as treatable)
Mild anxiety (like mild depression) can be diagnosed and treated by most general practitioners, so hopefully you have access to a doctor (and rememeber, if you can get diagnosed and get a prescriptions, the internet offers great discounts out of Canada for almost all meds, if you don’t have insurance)
So, sounds like you are in a great and healthy place asking these questions, so I would recommend continue to be bold and reach out for professional help! Be not afraid!! WTF and who gives a f*ck what anyone else thinks about you trying to be the healthiest person you can be.
In most cases yes. Usually mental health issues come in packages. No, I am not being funny.
Anxiety attacks often correlate with depression, but do not always, but most of the time do.
no not always. some people are just more anxious than others, and anxiety can be present without depression.
