cockroaches phobia!!!any serious treatment???
i’m really terrified with cockroaches, and it’s affecting my everyday living, does anybody know any treatment or a way that help me get over it and live a normal life ????many thanks

Well, yes, there are many treatments out there…some good, some excellent, and some that are just plain silly (EFT?, EMDR, most of the stuff you see advertised on the web, pretty much most of the "buy my book" or "buy my CD" or the "listen to these satisfied customers/endorsments" junk is just a rip off).
I’m certainly happy to provide more info if you really want to know what you should ask for and where to get help–just ask in the addendum. This is a problem that can be treated in as little as 3 hours for 80-90% of people.
I don’t know for I myself am terrified with roaches also!
watch the movie JOES APARTMENT..it has jerry oconnell in it.i didnt like roaches at all,and stil not happy when i see them filthy sneeky creatures,but i got a laugh with the movie
The best treatment I have ever come across for ANY phobia is EFT. (emotional freedom technique)
There is a mini video of a lady with a rat phobia on their site and that is amazing. I would not believe it had I not seen it myself over and over and over. Heights, spiders, snakes, I have seen EFT help with them all.

really terrified of cockroaches too. i can vacate my room for them. i detest them too. i wish someone out there will give you a lasting solution to it so i can learn too. roaches and rats,>????><>,@#&^(*()**^%# i hate them!!!!!
