What are some ways you can rid Migraines using herbs?

Okay, well my mom has Migraines. She went to the hospital and they told her she has swelling on the brain. They gave her medicine that helps but only for a period of time and she doesn’t like depending on it. So I just wanted to know what are some herbal ways of getting rid of her migraines.

Maybe hormones out of wack or something? Anyone have recurrent miscarriages and alway got migraines during their period time?

I did testing and all came back normal but I have this feeling like it’s tied together somehow.

The worst that happens when I have milk is I end up with diarrhea and I can take pills before having milk to prevent that and there are pills to take after to make the diarrhea stop too. Also I get Migraines anywhere from 2-4 times per month. Excedrin Migraine makes them go away though and I can still function normally after taking it.

Can I still join the US Marine Corps? Specifically Infantry?

Any guidelines? I don’t really want to go if I am just going to look stupid for going because they are not bad or something.

I have about 3-4 migraines a month… about once a week. I usually take 2 (sometimes 3) Excedrin migraine as soon as I think I am getting one. Sometimes it works in an hour or two, other times I will have the headache for the entire day or even the next day.

I have these migraines often and I feel that the shots are the only thing that really knocks the headache. What are these shots doing to my body? Is this harmful in some way, vs. Imitrex or Maxalt?
At home I have Lorcet, phengrin (pills and suppositories) Maxalt, and treximet. Are the shots better or worse than the pills?
