I’ve been having anxiety attacks when ever I go anywhere and sometimes I even have them at my house. Should I get medication prescribed to me? What should I do?

I have had epilepsy my whole life. . .i get migraines at work and have had them for quite sometime now. . .i would like to no the safest most eficeint way to keep these migraines away. I already take medication for my seizures. . .i would like to not have to deal with anymore of that. THe doctors cannot seem to figure out why I have migraines. Any advice as to what i could do would most appreciated. . .
I have health insurance but it doesn’t cover a whole lot. . .i also don’t have enough money to make a difference in my lifestyle and i live alone and pay my own bills. This has been an issue for at least 5 years. help please.
